    weberfloor DPM is a highly moisture tolerant, epoxy resin damp proof system, especially designed to bond to concrete surfaces even when the concrete is still drying out and containing a high degree of moisture.

    weberfloor 4716 primer is a styrene acrylate dispersion which can be diluted with water and is intended for use with Weber’s flooring products.

    weberfloor 4716 does not contain ammonia. It offers good alkali resistance and adhesion properties in both wet and dry environments.

    weber.tec mulsibond

    weber.tec mulsibond features exceptional penetrating properties. It has been used successfully for sealing hairline cracks in reinforced concrete, granolithic, mosaic and terrazzo floors and for consolidating hollow floor screeds.

    Once set, weber.tec mulsibond has good flexibility and bond strength. Its exceptional penetrating properties enable it to be poured into fine hairline cracks with minimal assistance and penetrate deep into the structure.

    weber.tec mortar

    weber.tec mortar is suitable for small concrete repairs. It comprises of a liquid resin, powder hardener and filler to produce either a pourable mortar or stiff mortar.

    It can be applied in thicknesses of 3 mm to 50 mm maximum. Two grades are available for use in different temperatures. Conforms with BS EN 1504-3.

    weber.tec force glass sheet is used for reinforcement and column wrapping. The sheet is ideal for impact resistance and containment of structural members under sudden impact.

    Applied with weber.tec force EP primer and weber.tec force EP bonding adhesive to form part of the weber.tec force composite strengthening system.

    weber.tec force EP primer is used to seal and stabilise prepared surfaces prior to bonding fibre sheets for structural strengthening.

    weber.tec force carbon sheet can be used for structural confinement reinforcement, manual wrap lamination and tensile strength reinforcement and structural members.

    The sheet is available in two grades and applied with weber.tec force EP primer and weber.tec force EP bonding adhesive to form part of the weber.tec force composite strengthening system.

    weber.tec force carbon plate are laminates that have a fibre volumetric content up to 70% in an epoxy resin matrix.

    When used with weber.tec EP structural adhesive, the laminates form part of the weber.tec force composite strengthening system.

    weber.tec force aramid sheet is mainly used for structural confinement and repair of structures. Available in two grades and it is compliant with Highways Agency advice note on bridge column strengthening.

    weber.tec filler is a two-component polyester resin compound used for small non-structural repairs.

    Rapid set coupled with low shrinkage and good sanding properties make this an outstanding material for a wide range of repair work.

    weber.tec EP tackcoat

    weber.tec EP tackcoat has been developed to provide a versatile priming coat suitable for both dry and damp surfaces, and can be used at temperatures down to 7°C.

    Its main use is as a primer for other weber.tec EP compounds, but may also be used to bond freshly-mixed cementitious floor toppings to existing sound concrete substrates.
