Last year Resapol launched an internal Branch of the Year Competition in which each Resapol branch was to be judged based upon a series of work related tasks. Each branch received a score for their performance on each of the selected tasks, these were then equated to a “total score” which we have used to define an overall competition winner.
The assigned tasks included; stock take accuracy, CRM activity, nominal balance values, the amount of close to expiry products and much more!
The main aims of the competition were to firstly provide extra motivation and to promote greater effort when carrying out more mundane and typically defined as “boring” (but hugely important!) tasks. The second aim was to promote some friendly competition amongst the Resapol branches and to reward those that excelled.
We’re now happy to announce the final results of the Branch of the Year competition:
Congratulations to Southampton on a well-deserved and hard fought victory!
They will be justly rewarded with a branch night out (temporarily postponed due to COVID-19) and, perhaps more importantly, the coveted Resapol trophy for their consistent results throughout the year.
Congratulations also to Kent who will receive a lunch valued at £50, and to Glasgow who will receive a lunch valued at £35 for their 2nd and 3rd place finishes.
We would also like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank-you to every Resapol branch for their efforts over the past 12 months, we have seen great improvements from all branches across all of the chosen criteria.
