Description:
Sikalastic®-827 LT is a modified hot-melt adhesive used as part of the bridge deck waterproofing system underneath mastic asphalt, stone mastic asphalt and asphalt concrete.

Uses:
Sikalastic®-827 LT may only be used by experienced professionals.

• As pellets broadcast into wet Sikalastic®-8901 or
• Sika®Concrete Primer on spray applied waterproofing membranes
• As pellets broadcast into wet SikaCor®-HM Mastic
• In cold climate countries and while autumn/ spring season applications

Advantages:

• Allows bond between waterproofing membrane and asphalt overlay
• Hot-melt reaction triggered at T>+80°C
• Provides mechanical key due to expansion when in contact with hot asphalt
• Development of excellent bond and shear strength
