Description :

SikaTop®-581 Seal, when mixed with water or a SikaLatex ®-600 water blend, provides a waterproof coating to concrete
and masonry above and below ground level. It is applied to a minimum thickness of 2mm in two coats by stiff brush, broom or spray.
