This weberfloor 4150 fine flow is a pump applied floor screed formulated from special cements, aggregates, supplementary binders and chemical admixtures.

It is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for application at a thickness of between 2 - 30mm (Per normal concrete). The product is casein free.

weberfloor 4150 fine flow is ideal for commercial or domestic premises and also suitable for solid bonded substrates. Vinyl, carpet or lino can easily be laid following application of this product.

This product can be applied by hand or by pump and is a self-smoothing screed for floors that leaves a durable and strong surface for floor coverings. The product contains a mix of special cements, supplementary binders, chemical admixtures and aggregates. It is specifically designed for application in domestic or commercial premises where an early overlay is required when compared to concrete, sand and cement or anhydrite screeds.

All surfaces should be prepared according to the manufacturer directions prior to application of this product.

Mixing

The product should be mixed with clean water by way of an automatic screed mixer that is suited to Weber products. It should be mixed with 5 litres of water per 25kg. Only add this amount of water as reduced strength, shrinkage and durability will result from incorrect mixing. Water content should be checked on a continual basis throughout the mixing process by using a flow ring test, to make sure that the product is correctly mixed and there are no powder lumps. Ideally, this product should be mixed and used at temperatures between +15°C and +20°C.

When mixing the product manually, use a slow speed electric mixer for a minimum of two minutes and then allow the product to stand for two minutes.

Follow these directions when applying Weber floor 4150 fine flow:

- ventilate the working area but avoid draughts for three days following application
- temperatures should not be allowed to drop below +10°C or rise above +25°C for a week after application
- divide the floor area into 6 to 8 metre bays for best application
- should be applied by pump
